Empowering Kids to Learn, Grow, and Thrive

Executive Function Coaching
for Kids and Young Adults

Hi, I’m Kayci

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re looking for support—for your child, and maybe your whole family. I’m so glad you’re here.

As Ross Greene says, “Kids do well if they can.” That quote has become the foundation of my work. I believe that no child chooses to struggle. When they do, there’s always a reason—and a path forward.

As a former Professional School Counselor, I understand how frustrating it can be when your child isn’t getting what they need to succeed—not just academically, but emotionally and personally. The right support system makes all the difference.

Through executive function coaching, kids build strategies that work for them—and make life smoother for the grown-ups around them, too. Along the way, they grow in self-awareness, ownership, and the skills they need to feel capable and confident.
